Ghost of celebrities past

The 17 Saloon band lighting reflects on the wooden bar. They must have
been playing Celine Dion or Mariah Carey, more about forcing me to look for other
things to occupy my mind. Observing the way light falls on objects is
quite a useful consumer of time.

Literally translated as “fruit mandarin”, denture trái quít (or quả quít if
you’re in the North of Vietnam) is a tiny mandarin full of juicy, prothesis
usually pip-free sweetness. I can probably eat this entire bag of
“ngon”-ness in one sitting, and it will give me an excellent health
boost in the absence of bưởi (pomelo).

It may be in an Italian coffee cup, viagra 100mg and the restaurant owner may be Italian, viagra buy but this coffee was fair dinkum Vietnamese, more about and outstanding. Possibly the best hot coffee I’ve had since the early morning heart-starters I had on a Mekong sampan a few years ago.

Taken at Salt & Pepper, The Crescent, District 7.

Just over the barbed-wire fence protecting the school from the dangerous denizens of District 10, order grows a thin, symptoms structurally unstable-looking brick frame of a new eight-storey house.

Without similarly tall neighbor houses to prop it up, surgery I wonder if it would crumble to the ground with the gentlest of nudges. I’m tempted to blow on a few bricks to see what happens.

Decided upon Carl’s Jr for the second time, information pills and found their burgers to once again be more than palatable.

It seems that Viet Kieu actor, ask Johnny Tri Nguyen, best known for action movies, also finds them a decent lunch choice. As you can see by my capture of his lunch dregs, a paparazzi photographer I do not make.

Ultimately, I was more impressed by his Ducati Monster than by him.
